From small garden to commercial farming cooperative

Tiangmaatla Primary Cooperative Limited was founded by community member Melida Matsi, emerging from the Tiangmaatla Multipurpose Centre’s door-to-door campaigns that revealed severe poverty and food insecurity in Sebayeng village, Limpopo. We are registered under the Cooperative Act, supplying maize, cabbage, onions, tomatoes, beetroot, carrots, potatoes, and poultry (broilers & layers).

Our mission: participate within mainstream commercial markets, derive meaningful benefits as a symbol of empowerment and transformation. We currently support 85 vulnerable households and 204 orphans/children with daily food and services.
